What is the difference between Quality and Economy?
Quality Range
Our Quality Range products are manufactured in full compliance with the relevant standards, providing complete confidence in their safety, reliability and performance. They are produced with strict control over materials, heat treatment and tolerances. Full certification is available, including material, heat treatment and proof load documentation.
Economy Range
Our Economy Range is designed for customers who require a cost-effective alternative while maintaining dependable performance. These products meet the performance requirements of relevant standards and are supplied with proof load certification as standard. However, material specifications, heat treatment and tolerances may vary from requirements.
What are your opening hours?
The sales office is open Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Goods inwards and despatch is open Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.45pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.45pm
Special arrangements can be made outside of these hours should this be required.

Should you wish to discuss any of our products in details, we can arrange for one of our sales managers to visit you on site, alternatively we have an open door policy where you can be invited to our offices (a prior appointment is necessary) just call 01384 893000.
