Delivery Info

All stock items on orders placed before 3pm GMT (2pm GMT Fridays) are shipped out same day for a next working day delivery. 

Should you require a 9am, 10.30am or 12 noon delivery, then please mention this at the time of order. We can also offer same day deliveries.

Please feel free to contact us if you want us to track your delivery. We are not responsible for any type of courier delays but will give you our assistance resolving these problems.

All consignments are sent with a tracking numbers, which are available on request.

Collections are welcome, the sales office can specify when collection is possible at the time of order.

We do offer a carriage paid service:
England and Wales – consignments over £500
Scottish Lowlands, Dundee and Aberdeen – consignments over £750

Non-stocked Items

If we do not stock the product ordered, we will still process your order. Our sales team will inform you of the delivery time.

With special requirements and made to order products, these are non-cancellable and non-refundable once in receipt of the order.


If you are planning to return a product, please confirm with our sales team first.

A returns handling fee of 15% of the order value may be charged, exclusive of the return shipping cost. All shipping costs need to be at the expense of the customer.

If you could ensure that your original paperwork is with the goods, it will help the credit process. 

The goods must be in a new and unused condition.
