Delivery Info

In-stock items ordered before 4pm GMT (3pm on Fridays) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Timed delivery options are available, please request these when placing your order. We also offer same-day delivery where required.

All consignments are shipped with tracking numbers, which can be provided upon request. If you need help tracking your delivery, our team will be happy to assist. While we cannot be held responsible for courier delays, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

Collections are welcome, and our sales office will confirm available collection times when your order is placed.

Carriage Paid Service

  • England & Wales: orders over £500
  • Scottish Lowlands, Dundee & Aberdeen: orders over £750

Non-stocked Items

If an item is not currently in stock, your order will still be processed and our sales team will advise you of the expected delivery time.

Please note that specially manufactured or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been confirmed.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact our sales team in advance to obtain approval.

A handling fee may apply, excluding return shipping costs. All return carriage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To help ensure a smooth and prompt credit process, please include your original paperwork with the returned goods.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition.
